What data we process and why

  • Call bookings. If you book a call, we collect through Cal.com your name, your email address, the time you choose and anything you want to tell us. We use them to arrange the call and answer your request.
  • WhatsApp or email messages. If you write to us, we process your name, your phone number or email address and the content of your message to reply to you.
  • Technical website data. When you visit the website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the pages and protect the site against attacks.
  • Bookings and messages: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (article 6.1.b of the General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR).
  • Technical website data: our legitimate interest in keeping the website working and secure (article 6.1.f GDPR).

How long we keep the data

  • Bookings, messages and emails: if we don’t end up working together, we delete them one year after our last contact. If you hire us for a project, we keep them while it lasts and then for as long as the law requires.
  • Technical website data: we don’t keep it ourselves; Cloudflare processes it, as explained above.

Who else processes the data

We do not sell your data or share it with anyone for advertising. To provide our services we use these providers:

  • Cloudflare, Inc. (website hosting and delivery), United States. Certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and also uses the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
  • Cal.com, Inc. (call bookings and video calls with Cal Video), United States. Certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and uses standard contractual clauses where appropriate.
  • Google Ireland Limited (calendar: booked calls are saved in Google Calendar), Ireland (European Union). May transfer data to Google LLC in the United States, which is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
  • Hostinger International Ltd. (email), Cyprus (European Union). If data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses apply.
  • WhatsApp. If you write to us on WhatsApp, the service is provided in Europe by WhatsApp Ireland Limited, which processes data under its own privacy policy. WhatsApp may transfer data to WhatsApp LLC and Meta Platforms, Inc. in the United States under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and portability of your data at any time. Write to info@ingeniator.es and tell us which right you want to exercise.

If you think we have not handled your data properly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es).

Do you have to give us your data?

No, but without it we cannot arrange the call or reply to your message.

Automated decisions

We do not make decisions that affect you based solely on automated processing.

This website does not use cookies or similar technologies to track you or analyse your visits, and it does not store information in your browser.
